Description
BAVISTIN is a trusted systemic fungicide containing Carbendazim 50% WP, widely used for the protection of a variety of crops — cereals (paddy, wheat, barley), vegetables, fruits, pulses, and plantation crops. It works by being absorbed into the plant and distributed throughout the vascular system, protecting all growing points from fungal invasion.
With both preventive and curative action, BAVISTIN controls a broad range of diseases including leaf spots, blights, powdery mildew, downy mildew, fruit-rot, sheath/blast diseases, root/seedling rot, and more.
It can be applied as seed treatment, foliar spray, or soil/seedling drench depending on the crop and disease. For seed treatment, generally 2 g per kg of seed; for foliar spray 1–2 g per litre water (or as per local guidelines).
BAVISTIN is widely compatible with common insecticides and fungicides — making it a versatile choice for integrated crop protection and helping maintain healthy growth and higher yields.
