  • Shetkari does not guarantee product availability or accuracy of listings.

6. Orders, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders placed on the Platform constitute an offer to purchase from the Vendor.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual Vendors unless otherwise stated.
  • Shetkari is not responsible for refund delays caused by Vendors or payment gateways.

7. Platform Role Disclaimer

  • Shetkari acts solely as an intermediary marketplace platform.
  • We do not manufacture, store, own, or sell products listed by Vendors.
  • We are not responsible for product quality, defects, delivery issues, or vendor conduct.

8. User & Vendor Conduct

  • You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users or vendors
  • Interfere with the Platform’s security or operations
